Valley Crossing Elementary Student Advances to the Scripps National Spelling Bee Competition

On March 15, Moksh K., a fifth-grade student at Valley Crossing Elementary, won the Twin Cities Regional Spelling Bee after beating 43 other student spellers. 

With this victory, Moksh will advance to the Scripps National Spelling Bee this June in Washington D.C., where he will compete against 200 students to move on to the televised final round of the competition. Congratulations Moksh on this accomplishment!
